Directions: Dr. Bontreger's office is located in the "Fifth Street Plaza" building, on the west side of Hwy 81 (a block north of the Hwy 81 and Hwy 212 intersection). Off-street parking is available adjacent to our entrance at the back of the facility. Use the back central door, which leads to the lower level. As you come off a brief flight of stairs on the lower level, enter the first office on your right (suite L-13) which is a private waiting room.
