We are centrally located but privately accessed in the lower level of the Fifth Street Plaza building, which is on 81 (5th Street) one block north of the intersection of 212 and 81. We are just a bit north of the little full service gas station.Take the side street just south of the biulding and park in the back parking lot. Come through the back central door that leads down a brief flight of stairs (there is a chair lift available). Please enter the first door on the right after you come off these stairs. This is a private waiting room and the office staff will be right with you.
